This case was a single central incisor replacement and correction of mild anterior tooth wear and maxillary cant.
It is always tricky to shade match a single central incisor!

A digital mock up was completed to restore the wear. This was transferred to the mouth using a chair side putty index, allowing Venus Pearl composite to be applied intricately to each tooth to restore the worn dentition and correct the cant.
A stunning EMax layered crown was constructed by Hive following a series of Polar Eyes, and conventional photographs.
