New Patients

When you join us as a new patient, our friendly reception team will help you get started, and book your first appointment with us. You will be asked to fill out a medical form and give us some key information, including your contact details.

When you arrive for your appointment, you will be warmly welcomed. Our reception team will show you the waiting room and facilities and help you feel at ease. You will be invited into the surgery, where your dentist and dental nurse will introduce themselves and ask you a little about your past dental history. You also have the opportunity to discuss any concerns you have about your teeth and the results you are hoping to achieve from your routine dental care.

We fully examine your teeth and gums, and take some routine X-rays to help us diagnose any problems that may require further treatment. At the end of your appointment, you should feel more in control of your oral health and fully informed about the treatment options available to you. We are also happy to talk to you about aesthetic dentistry options to enhance the appearance of your smile.
