You should always visit your dentist for teeth whitening and avoid buying kits online or in beauty salons, as these could damage your teeth.

In most cases, you are able to choose how white your teeth will get after whitening treatment. We are happy to help you achieve your dream shade, and can advise which shade would be best for you. Sometimes, teeth can take a little longer to reach the desired colour, so we may suggest a longer course of treatment or stronger whitening gel.

The results from teeth whitening treatment can last a few months to a couple of years, depending on your diet and lifestyle, and how well you look after your teeth. You can maintain your newly white smile with simple and regular top-up treatments, which use your original whitening trays for the best results.

Whitening treatment is not effective on dental restorations such as crowns, bridges or dentures. You may wish to consider having your teeth whitened before you have a dental restoration fitted so your restoration can be colour-matched to the new shade of your teeth. We can replace dental restorations that no longer match the rest of your teeth after whitening, at an additional cost.
