Why see a Dental Therapist?
Many dental problems are preventable, and regular appointments with a Dental Therapist can help keep your mouth healthy for years to come.
Some of the benefits include:
- Prevention first – Early treatment helps prevent decay and gum disease before they become more serious.
- Healthier gums – Healthy gums are essential for keeping your teeth for life and contribute to your overall wellbeing.
- Conservative care – Regular preventive treatment can reduce the need for more complex dental work in the future.
- Education and support – Georgia has a particular passion for helping patients understand how to care for their teeth and gums, empowering them to achieve lifelong oral health.
- Excellent care for children – Helping young patients build confidence and healthy habits from an early age.
- Examination and hygiene appointments in one visit – Short of time to come and see us? Georgia can carry out your dental examination and hygiene appointment during the same visit, making it easier to fit your dental care into a busy schedule.
- Enhanced support for patients with gum disease – For patients receiving periodontal care, particularly those under the care of Dr Ana Gamboa, Georgia provides ongoing supportive periodontal therapy. By working collaboratively and overlapping their clinical days, Georgia and Ana can jointly review patients, monitor progress and identify any signs of relapse at an early stage, ensuring continuity of care.

Georgia is committed to continually developing her skills through postgraduate education, ensuring she delivers the highest standard of evidence-based care using the latest techniques and current UK clinical guidance.
Outside the practice, Georgia enjoys keeping active at the gym, travelling, exploring the countryside and spending time with family and friends.
