Katies practice is limited to the treatment of tooth wear and fixed and removable prosthodontics.
Having graduated from Bristol University in 2006 with the Prosthodontics Prize, Katie completed her vocational training in Edinburgh. In 2008 Katie and Simon, her husband, worked for the Rural Health Authority as volunteer dentists in the most deprived areas of rural South Africa.
Upon her return, she worked as a Senior House Officer in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Royal United Hospital, Bath and, the North Bristol Hospitals of Frenchay and Southmead. Katie then progressed into the Community Dental Service in South Wales, treating the elderly, mentally ill, children, and patients with special needs.
Since 2009 Katie has been in full-time private practice, treating advanced and complex aesthetic prosthodontic cases.
In 2015, she completed a four-year Masters in Clinical Dentistry in Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics with distinction from Kings College London. She was awarded the prestigious Henry Schein Leadership Scholarship during her studies. Her successes have meant she is now part of the teaching and assessment team at Kings College.
